institutional food service programs.

Educates diverse audiences including sustainable agriculture organizations,
food policy groups and food service organizations.

Designed, developed, and implemented the internationally-recognized
Yale Sustainable Food Project by challenging a conventional food
service system with a back-to-basics, nurturing approach that brought the focus
back to where it belongs - the food!

Created and partnered in student, vendor and client programming while
managing food operations at several large universities.
